Mehraz Studio Inc. is a Los Angeles–based architectural and urban design practice focused on commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
The studio creates vibrant, experience-driven destinations where architecture, urban life, and commercial vision converge. Current work includes the design of shopping center developments in Las Vegas, such as Jade Promenade, a curated outdoor retail and dining destination in Chinatown.
Alongside its commercial portfolio, Mehraz Studio collaborates with Hafco Development on high-end residential projects in Los Angeles, including 290 Estrada Corta and 243 Delfern, demonstrating a refined approach to luxury residential design.
Ali Naeeni
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ali Naeeni is an Architectural and Urban Designer with over 10 years of experience in architecture, urban development, and project coordination.
He is the Founder and CEO of Mehraz Studio Inc., a Los Angeles–based architectural and urban design practice focused on commercial, mixed-use, and urban development projects.
In addition to his independent work, he has been involved in the design and development of high-end residential projects in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, contributing in a junior designer capacity to large-scale custom residences exceeding 27,000 square feet, recognized for their distinctive architecture and luxury detailing.
He is currently leading the design development of Jade Promenade, a large outdoor shopping and dining destination in Las Vegas, featuring a curated mix of restaurant and commercial spaces.
